Items ship within 2-10 business days from purchase. Each item is made-to-order by hand and is processed in the order in which they are received. Please contact us for inquiries on rush or expedited shipping. We are often able to accommodate!
All domestic orders are shipped first class via USPS with delivery confirmation.
We do not refund for lost or stolen packages nor are we responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
International orders are shipped USPS first class. For shipping upgrades please contact via email prior to purchase and wait for confirmation of a revised invoice.
Although your order will be shipped in a timely manner, and USPS estimates international delivery to take in between 6 and 10 business days, we can not guarantee how long it will actually take for your item to arrive due to customs. Customs can often delay the shipment of packages for up to 8 weeks. Please contact your local customs office for details. International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
Purchases are final. Exchanges and credits are accepted until 5 days after item is received. Sale or discounted items, or custom/altered/personalized items are not returnable. Please note we cannot accept exchanges for items purchased from other retailers.
In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Item must be sent back with it's original packaging. We recommend using a insured track-able courier as we are not responsible for the return of items to us. Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender.
